Activate

It's time to activate. Spread love, share your talents, and open your heart. Empathize. Understand that when you woke up, because of the color of your skin, you are already one ladder-rung up than your black neighbor. Don't pity; instead, appreciate and value their struggle. Don't be color-blind. Understand that your black peer had to prove herself and work harder than you did to get where she is. Learn from her; as her wisdom and experience far exceeds yours. Get up and do something this week. Make yourself vulnerable and endure just one day of their struggle as your own. Demonstrate with them. Fuse your souls and your minds. Just activate.
